Shipping Policy

Fast, reliable delivery across India with real time tracking from dispatch to doorstep. Processed quickly and shipped with care so your order reaches you exactly as expected.

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. 

Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.

Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company /
postal authority.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. 

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.

From order to your door

Here's exactly what happens after you place an order with AutoshineIndia.

  • Order confirmed

You receive an order confirmation email and SMS immediately. Your order enters our fulfillment queue and is picked, quality-checked, and packed at our warehouse.

  • Dispatched with tracking

Your order is handed to our courier partner. You receive an SMS and email with your AWB (tracking) number. Dispatch typically happens within 24 hours of order placement.

  • In transit

Your order travels through our courier's network. You can track it in real time using the AWB number provided on the courier's website.

  • Out for delivery

Your order is assigned to a local delivery executive. You may receive a call from the courier. Most deliveries happen between 9 AM – 8 PM on business days.

  • Delivered

Your order is delivered and marked as complete. If you're not available, the courier will attempt delivery again the next business day or leave a notification slip for pickup at the local hub.
